The role focuses on overnight support, maintaining routines and providing a calm, safe environment to promote independence and wellbeing.Ideal candidates will hold a Disability Support qualification (Cert III/IV or equivalent), have NDIS compliance knowledge, robust communication skills and a valid First Aid/CPR certificate.
