We're on a mission to redefine the customer experience, and we need a passionate Event Coordinator to join our marketing team in Australia and lead the delivery of engaging, high-impact events from concept through to execution.In this part-time (3-4 days) role, you'll take ownership of the end-to-end planning process, bringing ideas to life, managing budgets and vendors, coordinating logistics, and overseeing in office delivery.
You'll ensure every detail is covered and that each event runs smoothly, aligns with business objectives, and delivers meaningful outcomes.What you'll doCoordinate end-to-end planning including scheduling, logistics, catering, AV services and guest management for a diverse range of eventsReview and monitor event budgets, ensuring efficient spending and high-quality executionManage venue selection, negotiate with vendors and partners, coordinate catering, oversee AV setup, arrange travel, and address technical requirementsOversee on-site event execution, handling logistics, resolving issues to ensure a seamless experienceConduct post-event evaluations, financial reconciliation, and gather feedback for ongoing improvements in future eventsWork closely with internal teams,
