your skills and experience will reflect your high customer service standards.About the RoleYou will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to current and existing clients from the initial point of contact right through to settlement.Support the Property Managers with all national portfoliosMaintain high-quality standards in delivery of all Property Management servicesKeep up to date with relevant legislationSupport the Property managers with all leasing and maintenance tasksAssist with applications, arrears and vacatesMaintain high-quality standards in delivery of services in keeping with our brand and reputation.Handle and manage complaints, using complaints register and provide reports to Management as applicableThe ideal candidate will require:Current certificate lodged with Office of Fair TradingKnowledge of relevant legislationComputer literacy including knowledge of Property MeHighly organised with excellent time management skillsStrong attention to detailStrong customer service focus and skillsAbility to identify issues and provide solutionsThis is a full-time opportunityWhat can I earn as an Assistant Property Manager
