Priceline Pharmacy East Village Sunbury – Sunbury VICAs Retail Manager/Assistant, you'll be responsible for overseeing the front-of-store operations and supporting the team to deliver an excellent customer experience.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys leading a team, creating a great customer experience and helping drive the day-to-day success of a brand new pharmacy in a growing area.Key responsibilitiesLeading, engaging and supporting the retail teamMaintaining high standards of customer service and store presentationStock management, merchandising and inventory controlDriving sales and promotional activityEnsuring Priceline brand standards are maintainedWorking closely with the pharmacist and pharmacy teamAssisting with ordering,



stock control and general administrationAbout youPrevious retail management or supervisory experience (preferred but not essential)Experience working in a pharmacy environment (preferred but not essential)Knowledge of FRED Office (highly regarded but not essential)Confident leading and developing a teamStrong organisational and communication skillsGenuine focus on customer serviceCommercially minded and understands retail performanceProactive, reliable and happy to be hands-onCan work collaboratively with pharmacists, dispensary staff and the wider team
