We are seeking an experienced Paralegal to join our team, working full time from our Eagle Street office in the Brisbane CBD (12 month contract).
This is a great opportunity to be part of a dynamic team and contribute to end-to-end file management.Responsibilitiesassessing instructions and preparing mortgage documentationchecking signed mortgage documentation and ancillary requirementspreparing lender's certificationsliaising with clients, solicitors, funders and external partiesarranging settlements (paper and PEXA)preparing accounts' paperwork and settlement instructionsensuring security documentation is returned to the relevant trustee within service levelsAbout youYou willhave a solid customer service focus,
