maintenance and repairs on commercial refrigeration & air conditioning systemsFault finding and diagnosticsInstallation of refrigeration and AC equipmentWorking both independently and as part of a teamMaintaining high safety and workmanship standards on all jobsWhat We're Looking ForQualified Refrigeration & Air Conditioning MechanicARCtick licence (or ability to obtain)Restricted Electrical Licence (or willingness to work toward it)Solid fault-finding skillsPride in neat, high-quality workReliable, self-motivated and easy to get along withValid driver's licenceWhat's On Offer$45–$55 per hour (based on experience)Super + overtime rates9-day fortnight (regular long weekend)Work vehicle provided — dual cab available if preferredOn-site training and ongoing supportOpportunity to complete an electrical apprenticeship for the right personOptional on-call roster (not forced)Stable, full-time position with a company that values its tradespeopleNotes for TradesmenWe know good techs are hard to find and we respect the trade.You won't be micromanaged, pushed to rush jobs, or left without support.
