We're looking for a Tyre Fitter & Wheel Alignment Tech to join our fast-paced and supportive team at Waterloo,Reporting to the Workshop Manager, you'll be responsible for:Fitting, balancing and rotating tyres across passenger, SUV, light commercial and hybrid/EV vehiclesPerforming four-wheel alignments to manufacturer specification and producing before/after reportsDiagnosing tyre wear, steering and suspension-related concerns and advising on corrective workTPMS servicing, relearns and sensor replacementPuncture repairs in line with Australian StandardsAccurate completion of job cards, checklists and stock movementsMaintaining a clean,



safe and organised work area in line with our OH&S; requirementsAbout youDemonstrated experience as a tyre fitter and wheel alignment technician (dealership or independent workshop)Confident operating modern tyre changers, wheel balancers and computerised alignment equipmentCertificate II in Automotive Tyre Servicing Technology or higher — highly regardedCurrent Australian driver's licence (manual capability preferred)Strong attention to detail and pride in the quality of your workGood communication skills and a team-first attitudePhysically fit and able to meet the demands of the roleWhat we offer$60,000 – $70,000 per annum + incentives, depending on experienceOngoing training and manufacturer-backed developmentModern, well-equipped workshop with quality toolingStaff discounts on vehicle servicing, parts and accessoriesGenuine career progression within a large, secure dealer groupUniforms provided
