Designer Tanks manufactures corrugated steel rainwater tanks and plunge pools.We are looking for additional staff to assist on the shop floor with the assembly process.Previous experience with sheet metal work would be an advantage but not neccessary.
Full training will be provided.This is a full time role with long term prospects.
We have a significant work load.What you'll be doingVarious tasks on the shop floor.
Drilling/cutting/spot welding etcPreparing materials and setting up for jobsMeasuring and cutting sheet metal to precise dimensions using appropriate tools and equipmentPerforming quality checks on completed work to ensure compliance with specifications and standardsAssembling and forming sheet metal components as requiredMaintaining equipment in positive working order and reporting any faults or issues promptlyFollowing all health and safety procedures and workplace protocolsKeeping the work area clean, organised and safeWorking collaboratively with other team members to meet production targets and deadlines
