Angel Seafoodis looking for aFloor Supervisorto join our expanding business across the Eyre Peninsula!
(Please note that permanent Australian Residency is required for this role)

(This position is available at our Coffin Bay site, which is an easy commute from Port Lincoln and is home to our Farming operations.)

About the Role
In this role, your dutiesFloor Supervisorwill include but not limited to:




Supporting/supervisingsales grading, freight consignment & dispatch
Managing a team of AquacultureAttendants/graduatesto achieve production, quality, environmental & safety objectives
Supporting our deployment teams with vesselgrading/bagging/loadingas needed
Equipment operation (forklifts, grading equip.) and asset maintenance
Building and maintaining strong relationships across various departments (incl. Water Operations, Quality Control, Human Resources)
Reporting daily activities incl.
results, incidents and hazards
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need the following:
Full Australian working rightsessential
Previous Floor Supervisor experience in the food processing industry or similaressential
Current forklift licenceessential
Proven leadership and team management skills
Relevant food safety qualifications and knowledge
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
