Nextt is seeking a compassionate, reliable female Disability Support Worker to join our team in Kew.
You will provide person-centred support to a client living with an ABI and diabetes, helping them live as independently and meaningfully as possible in a home setting.
The role involves community access, attending medical appointments, hydrotherapy, meal preparation, and protected home support.
