Job Description
Flinders Christian Community College – Carrum VIC is seeking a Student Wellbeing Practitioner/Youth Worker.
This 0.8 FTE role is based at the Carrum Downs campus and carries pro‐rata salary with super.
You will support student wellbeing, apply youth work and social work theories, and collaborate with staff and families.
The role focuses on engagement, preventative practices, and holistic development within a Christian education context, in a program aimed at helping students thrive.
