We are now seeking an experiencedPricing Coordinatorto join our Commercial Team inBallarat on a permanent, full-time basis, supporting our Victorian operations and quick-growing Queensland business.
About the Role
The Pricing Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day pricing and quotation workload acrossVictoria and Queensland, with a key focus ongeneral crane hire and precast panel erection.
Working closely with our Lift Engineers, Project Managers, Heavy Lift Supervisors, Operations, Commercial and Business Development teams, you will ensure quotations accurately capture the full scope of work, labour, plant, allowances, mobilisation and delivery requirements.
This is a fast-paced role whereaccuracy, commercial awareness and quotation turnaround time are critical.
What You'll Be doing
Prepare accurate and timelycrane hire and precast panel erection quotationsacross Victoria and Queensland
ReviewRFQs, drawings and scopesto identify labour, plant, allowances, assumptions and exclusions
Work closely withEngineering, Operations, Project Management and Business Developmentto confirm crane selection,



resources and site requirements
Apply relevantEBA conditions, allowances, overtime, penalties and travel requirementswhen pricing work
Manage quotation revisions and maintain accurate quote records
Support theCommercial Manageron major and complex tenders
Ensure awarded work is clearly handed over toOperations and Project Management
