Job Description
Metcash Trading Limited in Port Melbourne is seeking an IT Support Engineer to provide Level 1/2 IT support for store and corporate users, across Microsoft 365, Windows environments and ERP systems.
The role includes remote support, identity management, and hardware deployment.
The position operates on a rotating roster with on-call weeks every 6 weeks, and will transition to Heatherton in late ****.
A strong customer-service mindset and team-oriented team culture are emphasised.
