RACV Club is an iconic part of the RACV portfolio, bringing members together through premium hospitality, exclusive experiences, events and member perks.
We're looking for a commercially driven Marketing Manager to shape the next chapter of the Club's growth.
Reporting to the Head of Leisure Marketing, you'll own the RACV Club marketing strategy end-to-end, leading the annual plan, budget and growth agenda across member acquisition, engagement, visitation and revenue.
As the senior marketing voice for the portfolio, you'll partner with General Managers and senior stakeholders to bring the Club experience to life, creating campaigns, events and initiatives that attract new members while delivering greater value to existing ones.
This is an opportunity to combine strategic leadership, commercial accountability and experience-led marketing to help grow one of Melbourne's most recognised membership brands.
What You'll Be Responsible For
Developing and leading the annual marketing strategy and member growth plan for RACV Club
Driving member acquisition, engagement, visitation, revenue and brand outcomes
Owning and governing the marketing budget, ensuring investment delivers measurable return
Building compelling commercial cases and influencing senior stakeholders on marketing priorities and opportunities
Leading the marketing strategy for Club member acquisition, events, experiences and premium member activations
Driving brand growth and ensuring the Club's positioning strengthens the broader RACV brand
Establishing clear performance measures, governance frameworks and a strong test-and-learn culture
Partnering across Digital, CRM, Brand, Communications,



Social and Performance Marketing teams to deliver integrated campaigns
Managing agency partners to ensure exceptional quality, value and outcomes
About You
You're a commercially minded marketer who creates demand, builds engagement and delivers sustainable growth.
You'll bring:
Marketing experience across hospitality, lifestyle, tourism, events, membership or customer-centric industries
A proven track record of owning marketing strategy, budgets and commercial outcomes
Strong experience across experiential marketing, partnerships, digital performance media, social and customer engagement
The ability to influence and present confidently to senior executives and General Managers
Strong financial and commercial capability, with experience managing investment decisions and ROI
A natural ability to build relationships and lead through influence across cross-functional teams
Experience leading agencies, stakeholders and matrix teams to deliver integrated marketing programs
A growth mindset, curiosity and the confidence to challenge conventional thinking
