Job Description
Claro Disability Services is seeking a Senior Support Worker to lead and deliver hands-on support across two SIL homes in Traralgon and Morwell.
You will work with clients and their families, along with a clinical team, to ensure person-centered, high-quality care that respects individual goals and routines.
You will coordinate mobility assistance, daily tasks, and medical supports, while promoting independence and community engagement.
