NSW Government is seeking Call Centre Officers to join their Newcastle team on a 3-month contract with hybrid working arrangements.
The role involves handling phone and live-chat inquiries, processing applications, and keeping accurate records to support service delivery.Ideal candidates have at least 6 months in a contact centre, strong communication skills, and demonstrated attention to detail.
Experience with Microsoft Office and Teams is preferred, and government sector exposure is desirable.
