Job Description
Mercy Health Yarrawonga is seeking a Casual Aged Care Worker to join a friendly team providing patient-centred care.
You'll work with patients, families, and carers, delivering holistic care, assessing and monitoring physical and emotional state, and supporting end-of-life care with dignity and respect.
You'll need excellent clinical, time management, organisational and communication skills, a compassionate and adaptable approach, and a Certificate III or IV in Individual Support.
