A supportive team culture that works together to continuously improve our safety, quality, and operational performance.Opportunity to generate concepts and follow through to completion of construction.Join an established business with job securitydue to our strong reputation, solid pipeline of work and big growth plans.Key AccountabilitiesPrepare detailed and accurate architectural concept drawings, sketches and construction drawings.Follow directions from senior personnel to resolve technical concerns, ideas and suggestions as required to ensure completeness of documentation.Prepare architectural drawings showing existing site layouts, proposed site layouts,



site analysis, floor plans, elevations & sections.An understanding of relevant Acts, regulations, codes and standards and demonstrate their application in a project-specific manner.Values and ExperiencePrevious drafting experience or in a similar rolewithin the construction industry, commercial construction will be highly desirableHold relevant qualifications in architectural design, engineering, drafting or similarPrevious experience as a Draftsperson, Building Designer, Architect or similarKnowledge of relevant standards, legislation and NCC/BCA codesProficient in software applications including Archicad, Twin Motion & Microsoft 365 suite.Have a valid drivers license.PLEASE NOTEThe successful applicant will be required to undertake a full pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol test.
