Job Description
You'll be supporting our warehouse team with the picking, packing and dispatch of customer orders during one of our busiest trading periods.
Your responsibilities will include:
Picking and packing online and wholesale customer orders
Carefully preparing tea products and gift packs for dispatch
Checking orders for accuracy, quality and presentation
Labelling and preparing parcels for delivery
Assisting with stock replenishment and general warehouse duties
Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work environment
Working with the team to meet daily dispatch deadlines
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is dependable, efficient and enjoys hands‐on work.
Ideally, you'll have:
Previous warehouse or pick‐packing experience (advantageous but not essential)
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Good time‐management and organisational skills




The ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliability, punctuality and a strong work ethic
The ability to safely perform physical warehouse duties
Full training will be provided.
Employment: Seasonal casual
End date: 18 December ****
Preferred working days: Monday and Tuesday each week
Working hours: Hours may vary from week to week depending on operational requirements and order volumes
