Albany Dental is a well-established family dental practice that has proudly cared for Central Coast families for over 50 years.
We have a loyal patient base, an experienced team and a relaxed, supportive environment where we genuinely enjoy working together.
We're looking for a friendly, reliable and motivated Dental Assistant to join our team on a casual basis, with the prospect to progress to permanent part-time for the right person.
Initially, we're looking for 1-2 days per week, with flexibility across the week and the potential for additional hours as the role develops.
The Role
You'll be working closely with our dentists and team, providing chairside assistance and helping keep the practice running smoothly.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Chairside assisting across general dental procedures
Preparing surgeries and equipment




Sterilisation and infection control
Supporting dentists and patients throughout appointments
Keeping surgeries clean, organised and well presented
Helping with the smooth day-to-day running of the practice
Being a positive and supportive member of the team
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
Reliable, punctual and hardworking

Organised and able to work well in a busy environment
Someone with acan-do attitudewho is happy to help wherever needed
Keen to learn and grow within a supportive team
Dental assisting experience of 1 year or more is preferred, but not essential.We're happy to provide on-the-job training for the right person.
Most importantly, we want someone who isreliable, positive and genuinely enjoys being part of a team.
