Job Description
Wellways Australia Limited, based in Katoomba/Blue Mountains NSW, is seeking a Carer Hub Navigator to welcome carers and connect them with vital local resources.
This full time role focuses on building relationships with community services, health providers, schools and local government, upholding a no‐wrong‐door approach.
You will support carers' wellbeing, oversee the Katoomba Carer Hub, and help carers access Carer Gateway services.
