You'll be at the centre of our Distribution function, coordinating enquiries, quotes, customers and suppliers while taking real ownership of the day-to-day workflow.Just as importantly, we want someone who will make the role their own.
Someone who can look beyond the task in front of them, identify what needs attention and help us improve the way Distribution operates.What you'll be doingYou'll work across sales and distribution to keep enquiries moving and make sure our customers receive responsive, reliable support.Day To Day, You'llCoordinate incoming sales and distribution enquiries, making sure priorities are clear and nothing gets lostPrepare and manage customer quotations through our ERP systemLiaise with customers, suppliers and internal teams to keep orders and requirements progressingFollow up outstanding quotes and maintain visibility over upcoming workSupport supplier sourcing, pricing and expediting requirementsMonitor pricing and margins and escape where something doesn't look rightMaintain accurate customer,



supplier and product informationBuild strong working relationships with key customers and suppliersIdentify opportunities to simplify processes and improve how the Distribution function operatesWhat we're looking forYou don't need someone standing over you telling you what comes next.
You're comfortable taking responsibility for a busy workflow, working out what matters most and following things through.You'll Ideally BringExperience in sales coordination, internal sales, distribution, customer service or a similar commercial environmentStrong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities at onceA proactive approach — you see something that needs doing and take ownership of itConfidence communicating with customers, suppliers and colleagues at different levelsExperience preparing quotes and working within an ERP or business systemGood commercial awareness and attention to detailAn improvement mindset and willingness to question whether there's a better way of doing somethingExperience within hydraulics, fluid power, industrial products, engineering, manufacturing or technical distribution would be highly regarded, but we're equally interested in the way you work and the ownership you bring.Why Aussie Fluid Power?
