The Role
We're seeking an experienced Civil Site Supervisor/Manager to take ownership of a large development site, with a strong focus on external works carried out under Transport and Main Roads (TMR) requirements.
You'll be responsible for leading crews on-site day to day, ensuring works are delivered safely, to program and to the required quality and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage on-site crews across civil and external works packages
Oversee delivery of TMR-scope external works in line with relevant standards and specifications
Coordinate subcontractors, plant, materials and resources to maintain program and productivity
Manage day-to-day site operations, including safety, quality and environmental compliance
Liaise with Project Managers,



Engineers, clients and relevant authorities to ensure smooth project delivery
Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, pre-starts and ongoing safety management
Monitor works against program, budget and quality requirements, identifying and resolving issues as they arise
About You
Proven experience running crews on civil construction or development projects
Direct experience with TMR (Transport and Main Roads) external works is highly regarded but will look at someone with subdivisions exp
Strong leadership and team management capability, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders
Solid understanding of civil construction methodology, safety and compliance requirements
Relevant tickets and qualifications for site-based civil supervision
A proactive, hands‐on approach with strong communication skills
