Due to recent growth, they are now seeking to onboard multiple talented Desktop Support Engineers for contract or permanent positions.
These roles can be based in Brisbane, Melbourne, or Sydney.Responsibilities in this role include:Providing first-line technical support to end users across Windows and Mac systemsConfiguring and deploying hardware and software devicesResolving technical issues via email, phone, and in personMaintaining a detailed asset management record database and ensuring devices meet compliance standardsCollaborating with infrastructure and security teamsAssisting with onboarding/offboarding processes and system access provisioningEscalating unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams when necessaryQualifications and skills required:At least 1 year of experience supporting Windows and macOSHands-on experience with MDM tools such as Microsoft Intune, SCCM,
