- Gumly Gumly NSWOz AG NSW requires an experienced Assembler / Fabricator / Welder / Mechanic to join the Assembly and Manufacturing team based in Wagga.
You will assist a team of experienced assemblers with the manufacture of a wide range of farm machinery, including the assembly of ready-to-assemble machines and pre-delivery testing of machines to ensure they are ready for in-field use.
As part of this versatile role, your tasks will also include specific engineering tasks or repairs as directed, such as fabrication and welding of components, as the company develops additional improvements, modifications and features to its highly regarded machines.Key responsibilitiesAssist with assembly of ready-to-assemble machinesConduct pre-delivery testing of machines to ensure they are ready for useCommunicate with key stake holders,



both internally and externallyFabrication and welding of components as requiredPerform specific engineering tasks as directed by the Manufacturing or Territory ManagerAbout youAny relevant industry experiencePrevious Assembly or Mechanical knowledgePrevious welding or engineering experienceFamiliar with various metal fabrication machines and toolsAble to interpret working CAD engineering drawings if requiredSelf-motivated and able to work without supervisionAbility to work cooperatively within a busy team or autonomouslyTruck Licence (either HR or HC) is an advantage, but not a necessityAbout usOz AG NSW is a sub branch of Oz AG Machinery.
