Junction Support Services in Wangaratta is seeking Residential Care Youth Workers to support young people with complex trauma histories in a structured, trauma-informed setting.
The role emphasizes consistent boundaries, skilled accountability and collaboration with case managers and therapeutic teams.
Suitable candidates have a Certificate IV in Child, Youth & Family Intervention (or equivalent), experience with young people, and a current Working with Children check, driver's licence
