This is an excellent opportunity for a recent engineering graduate or early-career engineer to gain hands-on experience across manufacturing, continuous improvement, project coordination, and product development.
Working closely with production, maintenance, and product development teams, you'll help improve processes, support operational projects, and contribute to the successful delivery of new products and manufacturing initiatives.Your Day-to-Day:Support engineering projects and operational activities across the manufacturing environmentAssist with continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean Manufacturing and waste reduction activitiesParticipate in ISO**** and BEST audits and support the implementation of improvement actionsWork with Product Development teams to improve design for manufacture and support new product introductionsAssist with prototype builds, pre-production runs, and product launch activitiesCreate and maintain documentation including SOPs, work instructions, and risk assessmentsProvide technical support to production,



maintenance, procurement, warehouse, and distribution teamsSupport machinery, process improvement, and equipment commissioning projectsAssist with health, safety, and environmental initiatives, including risk assessments and compliance activitiesDesired Skills and ExperienceWhat You'll Bring to the Role:Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical or Mechatronics EngineeringSome exposure to manufacturing, industrial operations, or engineering projectsInterest in Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, and problem-solving methodologiesExposure to, or willingness to learn, ERP systems such as SAP or EpicorStrong communication and analytical skillsAbility to interpret data and support evidence-based decision makingA proactive, curious, and team-focused approach to learning and continuous improvementWhy join Temperzone?
