As we continue expanding through acquisitions, we're looking for experienced, hands-on Motel Management Couples who enjoy taking on a challenge and making a real difference.Let's be upfront—we don't operate luxury 4 or 5-star resorts.
Some of our motels require improvement, stronger operational systems, and managers who aren't afraid to roll up their sleeves.If you're the type of couple who enjoys turning an underperforming property into one that guests love, takes pride in improving standards, and wants to leave a lasting impact, we'd love to hear from you.This opportunity may suit experienced motel managers, hospitality professionals, or relief management couples seeking ongoing placements or long-term opportunities.The RoleYou will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of one of our Queensland motels, ensuring guests receive friendly service while continuously improving the presentation, performance and reputation of the property.This is a genuine hands-on management role where no two days are the same.Front Office & AdministrationWelcoming guests and managing check-in/check-outManaging reservations and online travel agent (OTA) platformsUsing RMS or similar booking systemsProcessing payments and daily reconciliationsBasic bookkeeping and financial reportingMonitoring occupancy and business performanceResponding professionally to guest feedback and online reviewsManaging administration and compliance requirementsOperations & Property PresentationAssisting with housekeeping when requiredMaintaining high room presentation standardsGeneral grounds,



gardens and pool upkeepPerforming minor maintenance and repairsCoordinating trades where necessaryStock ordering and inventory managementIdentifying opportunities to improve the guest experience and property standardsAs managers, there may also be occasions where you assist with late arrivals, guest issues, or unexpected operational matters outside normal business hours.About YouWe're looking for couples who:Have previous motel, accommodation or hospitality management experienceAre confident using RMS or similar booking systemsHave sound financial and administrative skillsEnjoy practical maintenance and problem-solvingTake pride in presenting a clean, welcoming propertyDeliver exceptional customer serviceAre self-motivated, organised and reliableEnjoy improving businesses rather than simply maintaining themCan work independently and make decisions with confidenceAre adaptable, resilient and willing to embrace regional livingWant to be part of a growing hospitality group where your efforts genuinely make a differencePolice clearances and drug screening may be required.Applicants must hold their own ABN or ACN.You are a power couple and have worked together in motel couple management building together!
