You will work alongside long-term staff who are genuinely devoted to our Residents wellbeing, in a friendly and supportive environment.Key responsibilitiesSupport Registered Nurses in delivering high-quality resident careAssist with medication administration under Registered Nurse supervisionAbout youCertificate III or IV in Individual Support, or AIN/EN qualification, or relevant PCW experienceWillingness and ability to work as a medicator,



under Registered Nurse supervisionWorking knowledge of the Aged Care Quality StandardsUnderstanding of Infection Prevention and Control proceduresUnderstanding of Work Health and Safety requirementsCurrent Federal Police Check (or willingness to obtain one)Well-organised, with the ability to prioritise residents' care needsA collaborative team playerReliable, adaptable and proactiveKind and caring, with genuine respect for residents privacy and dignityAbout usWe are a well-regarded, not-for-profit aged care provider known for our low staff turnover.
