packing and preparing customer ordersPreparing and checking goods for dispatchLoading and unloading deliveriesOperating a forklift safely and confidentlyMaintaining accurate and organised stock locationsCompleting stock counts and supporting inventory accuracyIdentifying and resolving stock or order discrepanciesAssisting with deliveries and collections when requiredKeeping the warehouse organised, safe and ready for what's nextWhat We're Looking ForWe're looking for an experienced warehouse professional, not someone looking for their first warehouse role.You'll need:Demonstrated warehouse experience – essentialCurrent forklift licence – essentialCurrent Australian driver's licence – essentialExperience across receiving, picking, packing and dispatchConfidence operating a forkliftGood stock control and inventory skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracyThe ability to prioritise and work independentlyInitiative and a willingness to take ownershipA practical, hands-on approachGood communication and teamworkWhy Join Hipac?
