You may start as a cleaner and move into team leadership, training, or operations.
We believe in developing our own people first.THE NON-NEGOTIABLESYou'll need:Your own reliable car and valid driver's licenseA Police Check and Yellow Card, or willingness to obtain before startingAvailability across at least three weekdaysTo be physically comfortable with the demands of cleaning workExperience is welcome but it's not essential.
We can train you in how we do things.What we can't train is reliability, genuine care for the people in those homes, and pride in doing the job properly.
You need to bring that yourself.
