You'll work Monday to Friday in our centre, learning on the job from experienced educators, and study through a supported training pathway alongside your work.You don't need any previous childcare experience or qualifications — just a genuine love of working with children, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
We'll teach you the rest.Traineeships typically run for 12 to 18 months and lead directly to a nationally recognised Certificate III qualification and a career in early childhood education.What You'll Be DoingSupporting our experienced educators to deliver a play-based, EYLF-aligned programGetting to know each child, building trusting relationships, and helping them learn through playHelping with daily routines — meal times, nappy changes, rest time, indoor and outdoor playMaintaining a safe, clean,
