As a casual administration officer you will be supporting the allied health and nursing staff to deliver high quality services to children.Your Work Will IncludeScheduling client appointmentsAnswering incoming telephone enquiriesTaking minutes at meetingsOrdering suppliesOther general administration tasksWhat You'll NeedPrevious experience in administration rolesAbility to work across multiple IT programsA current Victorian Drivers LicenceA current Working with Children Check (Employee)What We're Looking ForAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication skillsExperience working in a customer focused environmentExperience working with Microsoft office productsProven experience utilising other IT platformsBeing able to work autonomously as well as part of a team.The ability to manage competing prioritiesWhat's in it for you?
