As a respected not-for-profit organisation, we're transforming the experience of ageing through collaboration, recent ideas and investment in people and services.The RoleBenetas St Paul's Terrace is home to 80 residents in Frankston South, with sweeping views across Port Phillip Bay and the city from its open-air terraces.We are looking for an experienced Enrolled Nurse to join our team on a 12-month max-term contract, working a consistent Night Duty roster of four shifts per fortnight:Week 1: Saturday and Sunday – Night DutyWeek 2: Wednesday and Thursday – Night DutyThis is a great opportunity for an experienced EN looking for the security of a regular roster while maintaining flexibility outside of their set shifts.Our Nurses deliver specialised, high quality nursing care to older Victorians in our residential homes.
Each day, they have the chance to apply their skills in a meaningful way, have more autonomy for critical thinking and space to make a positive impact within their communities.Apply clinical skills and up to date knowledge of the aging process to residents within the homeBe responsive to resident's care through tailoring holistic care to meet individual needsRespect and promote dignity, privacy and confidentiality of each resident at all timesSystematically plan, implement and evaluate care, and oversee accurate and timely documentationSpend time with the residents to connect,



share stories and show empathyAbout youAvailability and commitment to the advertised 4-shift-per-fortnight Night Duty roster for the 12-month contract periodCurrent Division 2 nursing registration with AHRPAExperience creating genuine connections with clients and families and team membersUnderstanding of the aged care legislative framework and requirements, including safe medication administrationThe ability to show empathy and treat others with dignity and respect, and a collaborative approach to working with residents, staff, colleagues and other key stakeholdersDemonstrate the application of clinical skills in areas such as tissue viability, continence management, dementia/behaviour management, infection control, amongst othersNDIS Worker Screening Clearance ID or ability to obtainWhy Benetas?
