You won't be sitting at a front desk greeting walk-ins - instead, you'll be the go‐to for answering incoming calls, triaging enquiries, and supporting our Client Experience team with admin and service tasks.As you grow in the role, you'll develop product knowledge, system skills, and real exposure to what a future in client experience or advice support could look like.What You'll Be DoingAnswer and triage calls across the business with a calm,



confident toneSupport basic client enquiries by phone and emailRoute requests to the right internal teams (Advisers, Lending, Client Services, etc.)Maintain contact lists, manage voicemails, and provide general admin supportHelp with meeting room bookings, supplies, and internal tasksBuild your knowledge of financial services and client experience processesWhat You'll BringA great phone manner and professional communication skillsStrong organisation and attention to detailTech‐savviness and a willingness to learn new systems (CRMs, phone tools)A team mindset and enthusiasm for growing your careerBonus if you've worked in admin, retail, reception, or customer service!
