Job Description
Cambridge GaN Devices Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Mixed Signal IC Design Engineer to join our R&D; team in Cambridge, UK.
The role focuses on developing GaN power IC solutions and driving the mixed signal design effort across schematic, RTL, analog/digital, and verification.
You will contribute to testing, IP development, and collaboration with partners, with travel expected from time to time.
A degree in engineering and robust EDA experience are essential.
