Mathiou Services is growing – and we're looking for an Estimator to join our team!
We have an exciting opportunity for afull-time Estimatorto join our quoting team, based at either ourTownsville or Gold Coast office.
You'll work closely with a small, supportive team to prepare accurate quotes and tenders, helping ensure jobs are priced efficiently and delivered to a high standard.
Key responsibilities
Overseeing daily estimating and quoting activities
Reviewing and approving quotes prepared by team members
Driving implementation of estimating software
Improving and standardising estimating processes
Liaising with project and trade teams
Supporting team development and ensuring KPI targets are met
About you




3+ years' experience in estimating or similarconstruction/maintenanceroles
Trade background or strong knowledge of the industry
Tech-savvy and comfortable with systems/software
Excellent attention to detail and time management
Willing to complete a Police Check and obtain a Blue Card
