Job Description
Hunter Recent England Local Health District is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation service at Glen Innes Community Health.
You will conduct assessments, six-minute walk tests, and lead small-group exercise and education sessions with a supportive multidisciplinary team.
The role involves coordinating care with the Physiotherapist and Chronic Disease Team, delivering person-centred care across Glen Innes and Inverell, and contributing to positive health
