Job Description
BOQ Group is seeking a Customer Relationship Specialist at The Gap to welcome customers, understand their financial goals, and connect them with suitable banking solutions.
You will work closely with the Branch Manager to deliver exceptional service and drive retention through proactive engagement.
In this role, you will support lending pathways, coach junior staff on quality conversations, and promote digital banking tools to empower customers in managing their finances online.
