You will troubleshoot incidents for IS applications, software, hardware, and networks, while mentoring end users and maintaining documentation.The role requires 3+ years in IT, a formal IT qualification, and ITIL certification, with robust communication and time-management skills.
Flexible working includes two days of remote work per week.
