We manufacture high-quality, high-tolerance components for a range of engineering applications and are looking for a skilled machinist who takes pride in producing accurate, quality work.
The role involves the programming, setting and operation of CNC machinery, working from detailed engineering drawings and specifications to manufacture precision components from start to finish.
This is a full-time position suited to an experienced tradesperson with technical skills, excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.Key responsibilitiesProgramming, setting and operating CNC machinesCNC milling and/or turning of precision componentsReading and interpreting detailed engineering drawings and specificationsSelecting appropriate tooling and preparing materials for machiningMonitoring machining operations and making adjustments where requiredInspecting finished components to ensure specified tolerances and quality requirements are metUsing precision measuring equipment,
