We are seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Admin Assistant and Bookkeeper to provide comprehensive support to the team while managing financial records and bookkeeping tasks.
The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of office administration and bookkeeping with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism for multiple companies running under SIR Australia Pty Ltd.Key responsibilitiesProvide administrative support to executives, including scheduling meetings and coordinating travel arrangementsManage correspondence, including phone calls, emails, and other communicationsPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, presentations, and documents to help the leadership team in their decision makingOrganize and maintain executive files, both digital and physicalServe as the primary point of contact between the executive team and internal/external stakeholdersAssist with personal tasks for executives, as requiredManage daily accounting functions, including processing invoices, receipts,
