Victorian RV Sales is looking for an organised, capable and customer-focused Warranty & Service Administrator to join our busy Service & Aftersales team in Pakenham.
This is a varied role where no two days are quite the same.
You'll be helping coordinate warranty claims, service and repair bookings, parts, technicians and customers — making sure jobs keep moving and nothing falls through the cracks.
You'll work closely with our Service Manager, technicians, caravan manufacturers and suppliers and be an important point of contact for our customers throughout the aftersales process.Key responsibilitiesManaging and processing manufacturer warranty claims from start to finishPreparing warranty documentation and submitting claims to manufacturersFollowing up warranty approvals, outstanding claims and paymentsBooking and coordinating caravan servicing, repairs and inspectionsPreparing job cards, repair orders and quotationsCoordinating jobs with workshop techniciansIdentifying and ordering parts required for warranty,



service and repair workFollowing up suppliers and manufacturers regarding parts availability and deliveryKeeping customers informed about the progress of their caravanHandling customer enquiries and helping resolve service issues professionallyAbout youOrganised, reliable, practical and good with peopleStrong administration and computer skillsExcellent attention to detailGreat communication and customer service skillsThe ability to juggle multiple jobs and priorities without losing track of the detailsConfidence dealing with customers, technicians, suppliers and manufacturersGood problem-solving skills and the initiative to follow things throughThe ability to work independently while being part of a close-knit teamA qualified, positive attitude and a genuine willingness to helpPrevious experience in a service, warranty, parts or dealership administration role, particularly within the caravan, RV or automotive industry (desirable)About usWe're a busy, established caravan dealership with a strong focus on looking after our customers well beyond the initial sale.
