Regular weekly shifts with the same clients, up to 38 hours a week.What you'll doWork one-on-one with a client on goals they've chosen, such as:Getting out into the community and building social connectionLearning public transport, daily routines and time managementHome maintenance and everyday life skillsMaking friends and exploring study or work optionsIt's relationship-based work built on encouragement, trust and good experiences.

You'll be:Reliable: on time, every time, and clear in your written shift notesAfter meaningful, purpose-driven work rather than just a jobEnergised by helping others learn, grow and have funComfortable following a support plan and asking when you're unsureExperience in disability support, mentoring, youth work, teaching or coaching is a plus, not a must.You'll need (or be willing to obtain)NDIS Worker Screening CheckFirst Aid and CPR certificatesA reliable car with comprehensive insuranceWhere this can goReliable, high-performing casuals are first in line for part-time and full time roles, pay point progression and internal opportunities.
