The role involves upselling and cross-selling Harry's business services, managing customer service, and completing administration tasks involved with delivering exhibitor orders.Key responsibilitiesMaintain exhibitor relationships with view to ongoing salesMaintain relationships with exhibitors by providing support, information, and guidance; creativity and innovationEnsure timely,



accurate and innovative exhibitor correspondence including show specific websitesAssist Account Managers and Account Coordinators in successful delivery of the ExhibitionUp-sell and cross-sell all parts of the Harry's business in particular signage solutions, display solutions and stand upgradesMaintain high level of customer service by adhering to Harry's processes, timelines and guidelinesComplete all the administration tasks involved with successfully delivering exhibitor ordersEnsure all invoicing is accurate and payment terms are metEnsure compliance with all company's policies and proceduresAbout youMeet budgeted sales target – upsell existing jobsTarget upgrade sales at Harry's ExhibitionsSecure new business (10k+)Observe and practise OHS in line with company guidelines
