gardens and general outdoor maintenance activities, including:General construction, civil and labouring dutiesRoad construction, maintenance and repair activitiesPreparing work areas and assisting with site set-up and pack-downAssisting operators and tradespeople with construction activitiesLoading, unloading and moving construction materials, tools and equipmentAssisting with excavation, drainage, concreting, kerbing and related civil construction activitiesTraffic control and pedestrian management activities, where appropriately qualifiedGeneral parks and gardens labouringOperating and maintaining Council machinery and equipment in accordance with manufacturer requirementsCleaning and maintaining work areas, tools, plant and equipmentWorking around live roads, construction zones and traffic in accordance with site requirementsSupporting the wider team to complete work safely, efficiently and to the required quality standardsMandatory requirements – you must have:To be considered for these positions, applicants must meet the following requirements:Relevant construction, civil construction, roadworks, horticultural, parks and gardens, landscaping or general labouring experienceCurrent White Card – CPCCOHS****A Work Safely in the Construction IndustryCurrent C Class Driver LicenceFull Australian working rights – Australian citizens, permanent residents or candidates holding unrestricted Australian work rightsPhysical fitness, agility, strength and dexterity to undertake labouring duties, including frequent heavy lifting,
