As amulti-award-winning brokeragewith a strong reputation and an expanding service offering, we are seeking a talentedLoans Processorto support our high-performing Finance team.This role offers:Competitive salary package including base salary plus commission on your processed settled loansOffice-based role with standard business hoursA modern office environment within a cooperative, professional teamKey ResponsibilitiesProcess loan applications across a diverse panel of lendersAccurately input and manage loan data within CRM and AOL platformsMaintain regular, professional communication with clients, keeping them informed throughout the loan processLiaise with lenders to ensure smooth progression and timely approval of applicationsWork collaboratively with the broader team to deliver outstanding client outcomesSkills & Experience RequiredProven experience working within the mortgage brokerage industry (rather than directly within a bank)Strong knowledge and practical experience in investment and construction lendingExperience working with mortgage aggregator platforms such as SFG, AFG,



Connective or similar (experience with SFG is preferred but not essential)Strong understanding of broker processes, lender requirements and the end-to-end investment lending lifecycleStrong understanding ofNCCP legislation, AML compliance, and relevant regulatory requirementsMinimum2 years' experience in loan processingExcellent relationship-building skills with clients and business partnersHigh attention to detail with strong analytical abilitiesOutstanding customer service and communication skillsProven ability to manage time, prioritise workload, and meet deadlinesProficiency withCRM systemsand Microsoft OfficeTeam-oriented mindset with the ability to work autonomouslyWhy Join IQ Capital Group?
