Every day can be a little different, but the purpose remains the same — helping older people continue living safely and independently at home.What You'll Be DoingPersonal CareAssist clients with showering, dressing, grooming and personal hygieneSupport mobility and encourage clients to maintain their independencePromote dignity, choice and wellbeingMonitor client wellbeing and report concerns when requiredCommunity SupportProvide companionship and social supportAssist clients to attend appointments and community activitiesProvide transport assistance where requiredEncourage independence within the home and communityWorking as Part of the TeamMaintain accurate service recordsWork closely with the CHSP team to provide reliable, quality servicesCommunicate changes or concerns regarding client wellbeingPromote safe work practices and high standards of careThese reflect the personal care, community support and team responsibilities in the existing position.You'll Be a Great Fit If You...EssentialHold a Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing), Aged Care, Home & Community Care or equivalentHave experience providing personal care in aged care, home care or community careGenuinely enjoy supporting older people to remain independentAre compassionate,
