The days and start and finish times can be negotiated to suit the successful candidate.You will assist the business with setting up and maintaining its ERP systems while providing general inventory and administrative support.
We are looking for someone who understands how ERP systems operate and can confidently help establish accurate, practical processes within a manufacturing workplace.Key responsibilitiesAssisting with the setup and implementation of ERP processesEntering, reviewing and maintaining inventory and product dataRaising and processing purchase ordersMonitoring stock movements and inventory recordsIdentifying and correcting data discrepanciesSupporting purchasing,



warehouse and manufacturing teamsCreating and maintaining accurate system recordsGeneral administrative duties as requiredAbout youPrevious experience using ERP or inventory management systemsStrong understanding of inventory processesAdministration experience within manufacturing, warehousing or supply chainHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailConfident working with systems, spreadsheets and dataStrong communication and problem-solving skillsAble to work independently and help establish efficient processesExperience assisting with an ERP implementation or system setup would be highly regarded.What's on offerApproximately 20 hours per weekFlexible days and start and finish timesOpportunity to work around school hours or other commitmentsSupportive, established manufacturing environmentConvenient Yatala location with on-site parkingHands-on role where you can make a genuine impact
