and dressingPerform bowel care and enema administration in line with care plansMaintain strict infection control standardsAssist with meal preparation and domestic tasksSupport protected transfers and basic manual handlingCommunicate professionally with the support team and managementPrioritise participant dignity, safety, and wellbeing at all timesDemonstrated experience or training with bowel care and enemas (mandatory)Strong experience providing personal care to participants with high support needsNDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)Strong understanding of infection control and safe care practices
